Covenant Presbyterian Church is part of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), a denomination rooted in the historic Reformed faith. We believe the Bible is God’s Word—true, trustworthy, and our final authority in all matters of faith and life.
We joyfully confess that:
- There is one God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- All people are sinners, unable to save themselves, but God shows mercy and grace.
- Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
- Jesus Christ, God’s eternal Son, lived a perfect life and died a sacrificial death to redeem His people.
- The Holy Spirit gives believers new life, strengthens faith, and equips us to follow Christ.
- God calls us to live all of life under the Lordship of Christ, for His glory.
- We look forward to the return of Jesus Christ, when He will make all things new and gather His people to Himself forever.
As Presbyterians, we are a confessional church—meaning our beliefs are carefully summarized in the Westminster Confession of Faith and Catechisms, which express the historic teaching of the Reformed tradition.
